Staff helpful, cheerful, friendly. Clean indoor swimming pool. Facilities for kids. Private parking. Great location. Well-furnished and comfortable room. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Kinda surprised by light and airy building. Good air conditioning.

I found this hotel on Booked.net but all the reviews were in Polish (I think). This was a very special trip involving finding family that had not been met before. All the hotel reviews that I found in this location had foreign language reviews so it was a lucky dip. What a good choice. The hotel was excellent choice and is highly recommended should you wish to visit this area in Poland. All the the services provided by the warm and friendly staff were excellent. The food was first class. As we do not speak Polish it was important that either the staff or the menu should have an English translation. We were impressed because both was true.

Nice staff and cozy room. Great location and nearby restaurants make eating a breeze. Its proximity to the mountains also means you're able to take a stroll every down time you have.

The Wi-Fi is really slow and the shower only had two temperatures, hot or cold. Apart from that, and considering the price, it was a decent stay.

The hotel is situated close to the city center, which makes it easy to get around. We enjoyed the diverse amenities, such as the bowling alley, biliard and swimming pool. The breakfast was very good, with fresh and tasty dishes that were served directly to our room.

The room we got was not as spacious as we had expected based on the room description and photos online. the staff was not very friendly, which made us feel unwelcome at times.
